Are you wanting somewhere to escape for short breaks every now and then or are you looking for something to visit more regularly. Holiday Home specification varies so having an idea of how you want to make use of your Holiday Home is really important.

Size

Consider who will use your Holiday Home, how many bedrooms will you need, whether you want a large sitting area/kitchen etc.

Features/Facilities

From baths to velux windows and usb sockets, there are different features and facilities available in Holiday Homes, so have a real think about what is important to you.

Layout

From centre lounges to en-suites, layouts can change from model to model and finding the one that best suits your needs is vital.
